***By booking an appointment, you agree to all of Wine & Weave Salons' Terms & Conditions.

***You are responsible for reading the following:

Policies

• It's important for both the client and the stylist to understand what services are being performed during consultations.
• At any point of service, if the professional feels that the style will compromise the client's hair, client and stylist will mutually agree on an effective way to alter the service.
• If mid service, client feels they would like something altered, speak up!
• An optional trim is included with all services except braid services.
• There is a STRICT 10-minute GRACE PERIOD.
• If you are going to be late, you should let your stylist know so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
• If you are more than 10mins late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your service. If you are more than 20 mins late, a $35 late fee will be applied.

After 15 minutes, with no communication, your appointment will be CANCELLED.

• Should you be running late, be considerate. Please text me at least 45mins before your scheduled appointment time.
• If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will receive a full-service charge & I will be forced to drop you as a client.
• Your photo may be taken for marketing purposes. If you choose not to have your photo taken, simply decline when asked.

Services for Hair Extensions

• If you've ordered Wine & Weave items, please visit our FAQ page & read thoroughly.
• All lace services are installed using lace glue and the bald cap method. (optional for closures)
• Lace glue currently being used for installs is "Hold Me Down" by Ericka J.
• If you want to get your lace customized, please drop it off at least two days before your scheduled appointment, simply because plucking and bleaching take about an hour each.
• Customization the day of is extra $40.00
• Crimp and wand curls add an additional $25 to your service.
• If you're not sure what to do, please ask me before you change or remove your weave, especially lace installs.
• After you leave my chair, I'm not responsible for any damage done to your hair or extensions.
• Will not alter or perform services on another stylist's work.
