Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the services price. 

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A fee of 100% of the missed service will be charged

*Repeat no-show will result in restrictions on future bookings. *

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

Weather/Snow: Payments will be credited toward new appointment rescheduled within 30 days of the initial appointment. Should the client choose not to reschedule within the 30 days period, their deposit will be forfeited. 

Payments: Full payment for services is required at the time of service. Please note that if you choose the pay in full for your hair appointment, those slots are non-refundable and guaranteed. If you have not paid in full and need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, and a fee of 50% of your service will apply.

~No Kids if not being service or No Extra Guests 

If you are sick, please stay at home and reschedule before 48hours.

Shampoo is included in All Services

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit, Zelle and gift cards.
